Corey Beaubien and Mike Druzinski co-authored an article “The Supreme Court Gets Intellectual: A Look At How The Court Is Reshaping IP Law In Significant Ways.” The Michigan Bar Journal published the article in its IP-themed issue in February 2016. The article reviewed several significant IP cases decided by the U.S. Supreme Court in recent years, including Alice v. CLS Bank (patent eligibility), Teva v. Sandoz (patent claim construction), Limelight v. Akamai (patent infringement), and B&B Hardware v. Hargis (preclusive effect of Trademark Trial and Appeal Board decisions).
